End-of-Season Market Celebration

Saturday, December 19, 2009

Join us as we celebrate the end of our second season. It was another great year, but now it's time to say goodbye for awhile until we come back in the spring. We'll have all of our normal fruits and vegetables on December 19th, representatives providing gardening tips from the Master Gardeners of San Mateo & San Francisco Counties, plus free hot apple cider! See below for your personal invitation.

In addition to our normal selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, this Saturday we expect to have:

  • tangerines (citrus is golden);
  • grapes (yes, even in December);
  • oranges (!!!);
  • avocados, pomegranates, persimmons and lemons (more citrus);
  • organic veggies, including onions, carrots, and lettuce;
  • more greens than you can shake a fist at;
  • tomatoes (they're still delicious);
  • strawberries (from Salinas);
  • nopales, chayote, basil, cilantro, cucumbers, broccoli, mint, basil, and other vegetables; and
  • much more!
